Oceanside Boys Defeats Foxcroft In Prelim Action, Advances To Bangor

Rockland, Maine - The Oceanside boys earns a trip to Bangor this Saturday after defeats Foxcroft Academy in prelim action on Wednesday, February 11th, 2015 in Rockland, Maine. Oceanside defeated Foxcroft Academy by a score of 55-41.

Oceanside scorers were Eli Thorbjornson 3 free throws, Keenan Hendricks 22 points, five 3 pointers, 7 free throws, Nate Raye 8 points, 4 free throws, Walker Ranney 2 points, Nick Mazurek 5 points, one 3 pointer and Riley Sprague 13 points, four 3 pointers and 1 free throw.

Foxcroft Academy scorers were Dylan Harmon-Weeks 3 points, 1 free throw, Drew Dankert 3 points
from a three pointer, Hunter Smith 21 points, nine from three pointers and Sean Cody 14 points with six from free throws.

It was great night as both teams worked really hard to pull off a win and a trip to Bangor for a quarterfinal game on Saturday. Oceanside was able to pull off a win despite Foxcroft putting their hardest into the game.
